About Me...
I am an academic adviser and consultant for the First-Year Testing, Consulting, and Advising Program at Penn State for the summer of 2011. I began my academic journey at Penn State and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Sociology. After completing my bachelor’s degree I spent time working in sales before pursuing my master’s degree. While a graduate student and teaching assistant, I discovered my passion for mentoring undergraduate students. My research interests in emerging adulthood and adolescent risk behaviors led me to create this website as a resource for college students. I hope to obtain a full-time academic adviser position in the future.
